Returns
Should you wish to cancel or return any goods, this must be agreed upon with us in advance.
Returns of unwanted items must be arranged within 30 days of receiving your order. Only goods that are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original, unmarked packaging will be accepted. All return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the buyer.
If there is an issue with your order or a fault with the goods, please contact us before returning the item. We are unable to retrospectively refund postage costs paid without prior agreement.
UK Customers:
We may be able to provide a pre-paid postage label, but this is only available by prior arrangement.
International Customers:
Please return items using the most economical method, which is typically Standard Airmail. If you’re unsure, please contact us by phone and we’ll be happy to advise.
Please allow 1–5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received your item.
