UK Shipping Options 

•        Royal Mail starts from £3.50
•        DPD starts from £5.95 
•        Faster and insured options from both Royal Mail and DPD also available 
•        Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout where you will be presented with the postage options and prices. 

International Shipping Options 

•        Royal Mail - Country Guides and Postage Quotes are available from Royal Mail 
•        FedEx - can be as little as £15.00 to most European Countries up to 31.5kg. 
•        DPD Local - Often can provide a more competitive postage rate to ship to your location 

Go ahead and place your order and use the 'request postage quote' to get an exact price for the cost of shipping overseas to your location. We will be back in touch to confirm the shipping fee and complete the order. 

Points to note: 

•        If all your items are in stock, you should receive your consignment within two working days of receiving a dispatch notification. 
•        Orders being shipped outside the UK could take much longer, please contact us for an estimate. 
•        If you selected any TMC customised work such as fitting DCC, weathering or renumbering, there will be a delay whilst we carry out the work. Click here for customisation lead times. 
•        If you ordered an out of stock item, please allow up to two weeks for us to fulfil your order. 
•        Pre-order times may vary, please contact us for further details or consult the relevant manufacturers website for a delivery estimate. 
•        Orders can be delivered to a home or work address that's convenient for you. You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour in flat 1". However TMC are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.
•        Delivery will take place between 08:00 and 18:00 and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
•        You can also use our collect in person option and visit our showroom to collect your order. 
•        Orders placed before 10am Monday to Thursday will be despatched the same day.
•        Orders placed before 10am on Friday will be dispatched the same day however may not be delivered until Monday, and any orders placed over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday if a next day delivery option is selected.

5. Royal Mail Special Delivery up to 2kg (1-2 working days) - £9.99
6. DPD Local Next Day Fully Insured - £14.99
7. DPD Local Saturday Delivery - £19.95

All DPD Local services are fully tracked with a one hour delivery window. Please ensure that you provide us with your email address and mobile number to take full advatage of the DPD Local service - as illustrated in the video below.

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

For the locations listed below, please use our Royal Mail service, if this is not visible it might be because the order is too heavy, in this case you may need to split the order into two separate orders:

Please note that when using a free shipping promotion code this will be sent by either the basic DPD Local method (1-3 working days) or by Royal MailTracked 24 regardless of which option you select.
