Standard shipping within the UK
As long as all the items ordered are in stock, we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of payment being taken, but this can’t be guaranteed especially when our warehouse is busy.

• DPD Local Next Day - £5.95 

• Free shipping option for online orders where the value of items being shipped is £150 or more. Please ensure you select the free shipping option presented otherwise you will be charged postage. These orders will be shipped under a standard shipping service.  

For the above options, Royal Mail and DPD aim to deliver within 1 day of despatch but this can’t be guaranteed (weekend delivery cannot be guaranteed and public holidays are excluded). If you need a same day despatch/next day delivery or enhanced insurance, we suggest one of our express delivery services below. 

Express delivery within the UK 

For a little extra, you can have same day despatch on complete orders placed before 1pm on weekdays. Delivery will be the next working day (weekend delivery cannot be guaranteed and public holidays are excluded)

UK outlying areas
For the locations listed below, please use our Royal Mail service, if this is not visible it might be because the order is too heavy, in this case you may need to split the order into two separate orders:

Overseas shipping 

We offer the following options when shipping to an address outside of the UK:  

• Royal Mail International Business Tracked 

• FedEx 

• DPD Local  

To see the cost of shipping your order overseas, add the items to your basket, proceed through the shopping cart and before you pay anything, the shipping options and their prices will be displayed. You do not have to complete the order or make payment to see this information.  

Please note that for overseas shipping, if when we pack your order it is particularly heavy or of irregular size, we may need to contact you for additional postage fees. If you are placing an order that you feel is going to be very heavy or large, there is also an option to request a postage quote. This may be cheaper than using one of the pre-priced shipping options but there will be a delay of around 48 hours while we calculate the price for you.

Other points to note: 

• If you’ve selected any TMC customisation work such as fitting DCC, weathering or renumbering, there will be a delay whilst we carry out the work. Click here for customisation lead times. 

• If you ordered an out of stock item, please allow up to two weeks for us to fulfil your order. 

• Pre-order times may vary, please contact us for further details or consult the relevant manufacturers website for a delivery estimate. 

• Orders can be delivered to a home or work address that's convenient for you. You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour in flat 1". However TMC are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.

• Delivery will take place between 08:00 and 18:00 and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

• You can also use our collect in person option and visit our showroom to collect your order.
